SMART CEUs Hub Refund Policy

This Refund & Return Policy applies to all purchases, subscriptions, and services provided by SMART CEUs Hub, LLC (“SMART CEUs Hub,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) through www.smartceushub.com.

By purchasing or subscribing to any SMART CEUs Hub product or service, you agree to the terms of this Refund & Return Policy, as well as our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.


1. Digital Products & Services

All SMART CEUs Hub offerings are digital in nature, including online courses, continuing education content, memberships, and subscriptions. As such, no physical products are shipped, and no physical returns are accepted.


2. Unlimited CEUs Membership Refund Policy

Initial Purchase or Renewal

The Unlimited CEUs Membership is billed on an annual subscription basis and automatically renews unless canceled prior to renewal.

A seven (7) day full refund window applies from the date of:

  • Initial subscription purchase, or

  • Annual renewal charge

To request a refund within the 7-day period, you must contact SMART CEUs Hub within that timeframe.


After the Refund Window

After the seven (7) day refund period:

  • No refunds will be issued

  • No prorated refunds will be provided

  • Access to the Services will remain available through the end of the current billing period

This applies regardless of:

  • Course completion status

  • Lack of usage

  • Change in employment, licensure, or certification requirements

  • Personal circumstances


3. Individual Course Purchases (If Applicable)

If SMART CEUs Hub offers individual course purchases separate from a membership:

  • Refund requests must be submitted within seven (7) days of purchase

  • No refunds will be issued once a course has been accessed, started, or completed

  • No refunds will be issued for failure to meet CE requirements or board acceptance decisions


4. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting SMART CEUs Hub prior to your renewal date.

  • Cancellations prevent future charges

  • Cancellations do not result in refunds for the current billing period

  • Access remains active until the end of the paid term


5. Chargebacks & Disputes

Before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute, we strongly encourage you to contact SMART CEUs Hub so we can attempt to resolve the issue.

Chargebacks initiated in violation of this policy may result in:

  • Immediate suspension or termination of account access

  • Revocation of certificates issued

  • Restriction from future purchases


6. Exceptions

Refunds outside of this policy may be granted solely at the discretion of SMART CEUs Hub and do not constitute a waiver of this policy for future requests.


7. Policy Updates

SMART CEUs Hub reserves the right to modify this Refund & Return Policy at any time. Changes will be reflected by the “Last Updated” date.

Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
