Recreational Therapy At Camp

Participants will gain an understanding of the history of camp, research supporting recreational therapy at camp, benefits of camp, risk management and how to incorporate recreational therapy into camp. This course explores the challenge by choice model, reviews a case study and provides ideas for implementing camp indoors. At the completion of this course, participants will need to pass an exam with a minimum score of 70% to receive CEU’s. Participants must complete the course within 365 days of starting the course to receive a completion certificate.
